Rosé 0.187 L 2018

  • Rosé is a wine of glistening and lively reddish colour, created by blending the varieties zweigeltrebe, cabernet sauvignon and syrah. It has a luxurious and rich body, and freshly harmonised aromas of delicate fruity flavours of raspberries and strawberries. Its taste features exceptional drinkability and mild acidity. It can be drink on its own or as an aperitif, but it goes well together with lighter dishes like pasta, risotto with shellfish, white fish, or salmon.
  • Rosé - vino blistave i živahne crvenkaste boje, nastao miješanjem sorti zweigeltrebe, cabernet sauvignon i syrah. Odlikuje se raskošnim i bogatijim tijelom, svježe usklađenim aromama nježne voćnosti maline i jagode. Okus krasi izuzetna pitkost i blage kiseline. Može se piti sam kao aperitiv, ali se jednako dobro sljubljuje s laganijim jelima poput tjestenine, rižota s plodovima mora, oborite ribe ili lososa.

Pinot crni 0.187 L 2015

  • Pinot crni (noir) is quality wine with rich characteristics. Its features include a somewhat pronounced dark ruby colour and a pleasant variety specific aroma of ripe grapes, which is turned into a luxurious bouquet after the traditional treatment in wooden barrels. We serve Pinot crni along game dishes with spicy sauces, which blend very well with the dryness of this wine. It is an appropriate complementary wine to ripened, well fermented cheeses. We recommend serving it at temperatures from 14-16 °C.

    We recommend serving Graševina cooled to 10-12 °C, with pastawhite meat, and white fish dishes, as well as in combination with various dried meat delicacies.

    Klikun crni (noir) is a blend of grape varietes Zweigelt, Gamay, Blaufrankisch and Portugieser. Bouquet is on dark fruits of cherry and blackberry. In taste it is harmonious and mature, pleasant fresh wine. Excellent for making „bamboo" drink (mix of wine and Coca Cola), thus increasing his freshness and sweet component. Serve at a temperature of 16-18 °C, with dark meats, blue fish, delicatessen and matured cheeses.

    Klikun crni je mješavina vina sorti Zweigelt, Gamay, Frankovke i Portugizca. Miris je na tamna voća višnje i kupine. U okusu to je skladno i zrelo, ugodno svježe vino. Izvrstan je za izradu "bambusa", čime se povećava svježina i slatka komponenta. Poslužiti na temperaturi 16-18 °C, uz tamna mesa, plavu ribu, suhomesnate proizvode i dozrele sireve.

  • Maximo Nero is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. Its scent is rich with the aroma of dark berries, blackcurrants, blueberries, plums, and cherries, with mild tannins from the small oak barrique barrels, ideal as soft and fragrant comfort. Its taste is harmonious, persistent, fresh, and full. Serve at 18-20 °C with dark meat, game, oily fish dishes, as well as medium ripened and ripened cheeses.

Maximo Brut 2017

  • Maximo Brut is first Croatian Graševina sparkling wine, made using the champenoise method. Its flavour is fresh and rich, with pure minerals and a luxurious scent of ripened apple with a mild flowery component. It tastes full in the mouth, with fine, tiny, fresh beads, which are created longer and harmonise the unfermented sugar, category brut. The secret of its uniqueness is the special production technique and the maturation time. Serve cooled at 6-8 °C, it is recommended as an aperitif and as a drink to complement all pasta based dishes with various sauces, fish and shellfish, salads, cheeses, white meat, as well as delicacies and fruit.

  • Maximo Brut je prvi hrvatski pjenušac od graševine, proizveden metodom champenoise.
